His distinguished career as a disabled Air Force veteran has seamlessly transitioned into impactful leadership in civilian life. After retiring from the Florida Department of Corrections, where he demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to service, Clifford continued to follow his calling to help others. This journey led him to establish Services By Cliff, where he currently serves as CEO. His organization focuses on personal and business mentorship, offering tailored programs such as one-on-one coaching, workshop facilitation, and group coaching.

These programs are specially designed for male veterans, disabled veteran seniors, and youth. Clifford’s unique blend of military discipline, correctional leadership experience, and spiritual guidance as a deacon, positions him as a compassionate and effective leader, dedicated to empowering and uplifting the community he serves. Cliff has been married to Lolita Dash-Pitts for 14 years. She is the business owner and CEO of Atilol Consulting Solutions and also serves as a partner and the COO of Services By Cliff.
